Joël Piroe has been named the PFA Championship Fans’ Player of the Month for February, after a number of impressive performances for the Whites.

Our forward began the month by scoring twice in the 7-0 win over Cardiff City at Elland Road. His eye for goal continued over the coming weeks, going on to score three further times, to take his tally to five throughout February.

The Dutchman scored on the road at Coventry City, followed by another in the win away at Watford, before smashing home a thunderous strike in the final moments against Sheffield United at Bramall Lane to secure the points.

During that period, the 25-year-old also helped his teammates out, laying on a number of opportunities for them to find the net along the way.
