Leeds United face Norwich City away from home on Saturday afternoon, with kick-off at 3pm in this Sky Bet Championship clash.

After returning from a positive international break with his country Wales, Joe Rodon now turns his attention back to the league, but firstly reflected on the important win over Croatia.

He said: “It was a very important game against tough opposition.

“It was important for us to carry on the momentum from the last camp and we got the three points, now it is onto the next one.

“I think over the years with the national team, with the group, we perform well when our backs are against the wall.

“We have a strong togetherness, I thought we performed well and we got the three points.

“It’s nice coming back after a win, and of course winning before we left as well [against Bristol City].

“It’s important to carry on the momentum and positivity around the group, so I am looking forward to Saturday.”

Now heading to East Anglia for the match this weekend, the 25-year-old gave his thoughts to LUTV about facing the Canaries and his time at the club so far.

“I am really enjoying it here.”

"As the weeks have gone on, it has got better and better for me, and for the group as well.

“I feel we are improving week by week and that is important, with the targets and journey we are on, we’re getting better each game and the results are coming our way.

“It’s a long season, there’s a lot of games, so I’m looking forward to Saturday now and hopefully we can get three points on the board again.

“It’s going to be a tough game, every game in this league is going to be tough. It’s a different challenge but we’re all looking forward to it.”
