Leeds United's 2025/26 campaign was brought to an end on Sunday afternoon as they were defeated by a battling West Ham United side, who did all they could but were unable to avoid the drop to the Sky Bet Championship.

Reflecting on a memorable campaign in which the Whites were able to collect 47 points, a 14th-placed finish in the Premier League table and a trip to Wembley in the Emirates FA Cup, Jayden Bogle spoke to the media.

"After a long season, we didn't really want to end it like that. So we are disappointed now but when we sit back and look back on the rest of the season, we can hold our heads high.

"It is just something to learn from, that you have to be on it for the full 90 minutes. First half, I think it was decent. We had a few chances, defended well. But again, second half was way below our standards, so it is a learning curve that you have to do it for 90-plus minutes every single game."

On the incredible backing from the away end, the full-back added: "You can see we were down and way below our standards, and they still stood up applauding us.

"They have been like it all season, even when we have been for a tough patch. When we have been firing, they have stuck with us. Everyone in that changing room is grateful for it."
