A number of Leeds United players will be representing their countries during this international break, with Liam Cooper notably travelling to Germany for the upcoming UEFA EURO 2024 with Scotland.

Earlier this week, boss Steve Clarke handed the central defender his 19th cap, helping the Tartan Army to a 2-0 victory over Gibraltar in a friendly at the Estadio Algarve.

A final warm up sees Scotland host Finland at Hampden Park on Friday evening, before Cooper and his international teammates travel to Munich to face hosts Germany in the competition’s opener on June 14.

Scotland will then entertain Switzerland in Cologne on June 19, before rounding off their group stage campaign with a tie against Hungary in Stuttgart on June 23.

A friendly against Gibraltar is also in store for Rob Page’s Wales side, with the Dragons kicking off their double header with the clash in Portugal on Thursday.

Ethan Ampadu and Dan James will be both looking to add to their 51 caps respectively, whilst the fixture may also provide Whites youngster Charlie Crew with the chance to make his debut for his country.

After facing Gibraltar, Wales then travel to Trnava where they will face Slovakia on Sunday, June 9, at the Stadion Antona Malatinskeho.

Having not featured for Bulgaria in their recent goalless draw with Romania, midfielder Ilia Gruev will be keen to earn a 17th cap for the Lions, when Ilian Iliev's team face Slovenia in Saturday's friendly in Ljubljana.

Representing his native Dominican Republic competitively for the first time in in March's 2-0 friendly victory over Aruba, Junior Firpo’s Los Quisqueyanos kick off their CONCACAF World Cup qualifying campaign with a tricky test away against Jamaica on Friday, before hosting the British Virgin Islands in San Cristobal on June 12.
