At the beginning of the 2019/20 season the club launched an innovative way for fans to support the work being done by the Leeds United Foundation through an online platform called 'goalgiving'.

Every fan that becomes a goalgiver is automatically in with the chance of gaining a number of rewards throughout the season as a thank you for the ongoing support shown.

Each time you reach a milestone of giving supporters will be thanked in a variety of ways:

- At the £50 milestone you will receive a thank you email from a first-team player

- At the £100 milestone you will receive a video message from a first-team player

- At the £500 milestone you will be invited to a match with the Leeds United Foundation

- If you are one of the top 20 goalgivers at the end of the 2019/20 season you will be invited to an exclusive event at the Leeds United training ground

The initiative is simple, yet effective to sign up to and involves supporters pledging a donation of their choice with regards to first-team matches only - all you have to do is visit www.goalgiving.com.

The idea behind the platform is that it can be a fun and engaging way for fans to support the team and the local community all at the same time.

Imagine if every time Leeds United win or Patrick Bamford scores it raises thousands of pounds to help support the programmes being delivered by the Leeds United Foundation - which currently help more than 35,000 disadvantaged individuals every year.

It's a win, win for fans with the ability to choose exactly how much you'd like to donate - and the ability to cap donations to a certain amount.

HOW TO SIGN UP

2.    Choose an option to pledge against (Leeds United Win, Leeds United Clean Sheet, Bamford Goal or Costa Goal)

3.    Choose your amount (anything from £1 upwards)

4.    Cheer on your team and feel even better with every positive result
