Leeds United defender Gabriel Gudmundsson has been voted Hisense Player of the Match after a commanding performance in Wednesday night's 3-1 victory over Chelsea at Elland Road.

The Swedish international was at the heart of an energetic and disciplined Leeds display, playing 89 minutes and showcasing his strength both in and out of possession. Gudmundsson made 55 touches, completed 12 accurate passes, and proved a constant defensive presence across the back line.

His work rate was reflected in the numbers - a remarkable 14 defensive contributions, including 5 tackles won, 1 interception, 3 clearances and 6 recoveries. He also made 2 key passes going forward and earned 4 Fantasy Premier League points for his efforts.
