Leeds United claimed a vital three points away at Old Trafford, as Noah Okafor’s brace was enough for Daniel Farke’s side to be victorious following a resolute performance.

After the match, defender Gabriel Gudmundsson gave his thoughts on the performance, and how much the first win at Old Trafford in 44 years means to the squad.

“I am super proud. We had a tough game against West Ham in the FA Cup where we got to the semi-finals and then come to Old Trafford, it was a really difficult game, but we showed so much character today.

“We showed up and we showed our quality. We don't back down. We came here to try to win points. I am super proud of the boys that we fought through the whole game.

“We have a big game coming up so we need to stay focused for the next game. We came here today with a lot of confidence and character. We showed that today, so we definitely deserved the three points."
