Sylvain Ripoll has named Leeds United goalkeeper Illan Meslier in his France U21s squad for their matches against Ukraine and Serbia next month.
After last month's 3-0 victory over North Macedonia and a 1-1 draw on the road to the Faroe Islands at the beginning of September, the French U21s team gather once more for their Euro 2023 qualifying campaign.
Currently second in Group H with 4 points, the U21s will host the Ukraine at the Francis-Le Blé stadium in Brest on Friday 8 October, before taking on Serbia at the Stadion FK Partizan in Belgrade, Tuesday 12 October.
Meslier started both France U21s fixtures last month, and has played every minute for Leeds United this season, in the Premier League and the Carabao Cup.
