The Leeds United Foundation will be holding open trials for aspiring football players on Friday 8th August 2025 at the Grammar School at Leeds.

The full-day event hosted by coaches from the club’s official charity will run from 9am through to 4pm, with various timings assigned to the different age groups able to attend.

The purpose of the event will be to potentially recruit any promising players to our Academy system and the various programmes delivered by the Leeds United Foundation for the 2025/26 season. Players cannot be registered at any other professional academies.

Please note, there are limited spaces available per age group, and for this open trial event they will be asking boys from Under 6s through to Under 15s to attend and take part. Please see below the schedule for the day:

9am to 11am: U6s, U7s, U8s, U9s, U11s

11.30am to 1.30pm: U12s and U13s

2pm to 4pm: U14s and U15s

The cost to attend the open trials is £20 (plus booking fee) and you can apply to attend here just find the 'Leeds United Open Trials' tab and please ensure you select the correct age group.
