Carrie Simpson gets the nod in between the sticks as Charlotte Oates settles for a place on the bench, with Kath Smith and Chloe Dixon coming in for Alayna Millard and Paige Williams.
A back-four consists of Drew Greene, skipper Shauna Legge, Emily Cassidy and Darcie Greene, behind midfield trio Alice Hughes, Monique Watson and White.
Smith and Dixon provide support for lone striker Amy Woodruff with a place in the first round proper of the competition awaiting the winners.
