We can now confirm ticket and ballot information for our Emirates FA Cup Quarter-Final away fixture against West Ham United at the London Stadium on Sunday 5th April 2026, KO 4.30pm.
In line with Emirates FA Cup rules, we have taken our full 15% ticket allocation of 9,000 which is not on a sale or return basis.
Our ticket allocation for this fixture will be digital NFC tickets.
A digital NFC ticket will be emailed to each ticket holder. Digital tickets will be sent out no later than close of business on Tuesday 31st March. Digital tickets can only be downloaded once. Please note, screenshots of digital tickets will not work.
All supporters are encouraged to arrive early for this game and ensure that they have downloaded their digital ticket to their Apple /Google wallet on their smartphone before arriving at Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park.
AWAY SEASON TICKET HOLDERS:
Any Away Season Ticket Holders who are enrolled on the Away Auto Cup Scheme will automatically have their payment card charged.
Away Season Ticket Holders not enrolled on the Away Auto Cup Scheme are guaranteed a ticket but must purchase their reserved away ticket online between 10am on Monday 16th March and midnight on Tuesday 17th March.

Select the West Ham United ticket and click the ‘Confirm Reservation’ button
Proceed and pay for your ticket.

Ballot opens at 10am and closes at midnight
Supporters who attended 5 or more away games in the 2024/25 season can apply
Tuesday 17th March – Tracker Ballot Run
Tracker ballot will be run and successful applicants notified by midday.
Wednesday 18th March – Season Ticket Holders / Members Ballots
Separate ballots will open at 10am; one for Season Ticket Holders and one for My Leeds Members. These ballots will close for applications at midnight on Thursday 19th March.
Season Ticket Holders and Members who are unsuccessful with their Tracker Ballot application can submit a further application during this window.
Friday 20th March – Season Ticket Holders / Members Ballots Run
The Season Ticket Holders and Members ballots will be run and successful applicants notified by midday.
Please note, we can only guarantee that we can allocate adjoining seats for those supporters who apply within the same ballot application.

All disabled supporters pay their relevant age band. Included in this allocation are 46 pairs of wheelchair and personal assistant tickets along with 118 accessible seats.
Accessible Parking
West Ham United, in conjunction with their Stadium Operators LS185, are pleased to be able to offer up to 6 accessibility on-site parking spaces at the London Stadium for visiting accessibility supporters. Audio Commentary for Visually Impaired Supporters
If any visually impaired supporters require audio commentary, this needs to be requested by emailing [email protected]
Audio Commentary Headsets can be picked up from and returned to one of the West Ham United Accessibility Liaison Officers who will be situated outside (Visiting Team Supporter’s) Entrance D, from when the turnstiles open 90 minutes before kick-off and for 15 minutes upon the completion of the game.
