We can now confirm ticket and ballot information for our Emirates FA Cup Third Round away fixture against Derby County at Pride Park on Sunday 11th January, 2026. Kick-off is scheduled for 12:00.
AWAY SEASON TICKET HOLDERS:
Any Away Season Ticket Holders who are enrolled on the Away Auto Cup Scheme will automatically have their payment card charged and their ticket dispatched.
Away Season Ticket Holders not enrolled on the Away Auto Cup Scheme are guaranteed a ticket, but must purchase their reserved away ticket online between 9am on Monday 15th December and 10am on Tuesday 16th December.
How to purchase a reserved away ticket:
1. Login to your online ticketing account – Click here
2. Hover over your name (top right) and click ‘My Account’
3. Click the ‘Reservations’ tab
4. Select the Derby County ticket and click the ‘Confirm Reservation’ button
5. Proceed and pay for your ticket.
BALLOT APPLICATION DATES:
Monday 15th December - Tracker Ballot
Ballot opens at 9am and closes at midnight
Supporters who attended 5 or more away games in the 2024/25 season can apply 50% chance of success
Tuesday 16th December - Tracker Ballot Run
Tracker ballot will be run and successful applicants notified by 10am.
Tuesday 16th December - Season Ticket Holders / Members Ballots
Separate ballots will open at 10.30am; one for Season Ticket Holders and one for My Leeds Members. These ballots will close for applications at 10am on Wednesday 17th December.
Season Ticket Holders and Members who are unsuccessful with their Tracker Ballot application can submit a further application during this window.
Wednesday 17th December - Season Ticket Holders / Members Ballots Run
The Season Ticket Holders and Members ballots will be run as soon as the ballots close at 10am and successful applicants notified by midday.
Please note, we can only guarantee that we can allocate adjoining seats for those supporters who apply within the same ballot application.

*Infants must be purchased as part of a pair with a parent/guardian aged 18 or above. Any child aged 15 & under must be accompanied by someone aged 18 or above and children aged Under 2 years will not be permitted entry to the stadium.
ACCESSIBILITY:
Accessible Tickets
All disabled supporters must pay their relevant age band. Included in this allocation are 24 pairs of wheelchair and personal assistant tickets. 8 pairs are situated on the disabled platform with the remaining 16 pairs on the front row.
In order to be accompanied by a personal assistant at no extra cost, a disabled supporter must be in receipt of Disability Living Allowance (DLA) at the medium or higher rate or the enhanced rate of Personal Independence Payment (PIP).
Accessible Parking
The Club has a dedicated car parking area with 7 spaces for away disabled supporters (Blue Badge Holders). Please email [email protected] to apply, spaces will be allocated on a first come first served basis.
Transportation
The club operates a free shuttle service using buggies to transport supporters who need extra help from either Car Park A, Away Coach Park or around the stadium perimeter to various parts of the stadium. This service runs up to kick-off and resumes after the final whistle, although supporters should note that due to congestion, the shuttle may suspend operation for a brief period for safety reasons.
Accessible Entrance
Away disabled supporters that require to use an accessible entrance are advised to use Gate S (south-east corner) Should supporters require assistance, please seek advice from the nearest steward.
Accessible Toilets
Accessible toilets are available within the away end. Supporters can seek advice or assistance from the nearest steward. All accessible toilets operate using a ’radar’ key system. We would advise supporters to bring their own ‘radar’ access key to facilitate access.
Assistance Dogs
Any away disabled supporter wishing to attend the stadium with an assistance dog will need to email [email protected] or call our Disability Team on 01332 667528, so that we can ensure that appropriate match tickets (subject to availability) are allocated, and adequate arrangements have been made.
Audio Descriptive Commentary
An audio descriptive commentary service is available for blind or partially sighted away supporters. Away disabled supporters need to contact our Disability Team on 01332 667528 to reserve a receiver no later than 24 hours prior to the fixture date (subject to availability). Please note that supporters using this service will need to bring their own earphones (round jack).
Ear Defenders
Ear defenders are available to hire, supporters are advised to call our disability team on 01332 667528 to reserve a pair (subject to availability).
Steward Assistance
Trained stewards are available to assist disabled supporters from the moment they arrive at Pride Park Stadium. They can help with directions, accessing seating areas, and any other needs that may arise.
IMPORTANT INFORMATION:
Please note that Derby County FC operate regular concession checks at the turnstiles and any supporter asked for ID but fails to show it will be refused entry. Derby County will not offer upgrades to any supporter found to be using a match ticket with the incorrect age band.
