Emirates FA Cup: Semi-final ticket details

Information for Wembley trip.

Leeds United are pleased to confirm ticket information for our Emirates FA Cup semi-final at Wembley Stadium.

Following victory over West Ham United in the quarter final of the competition, Leeds United now face Chelsea in the semi-final on Sunday 26th April 2026 (3pm).

Leeds United have been allocated 33,350 tickets within the West End of Wembley Stadium, including 100 wheelchair bays and easy-access seats for ambulant fans.

Home and Away Season Ticket Holders are guaranteed a ticket and will have a priority booking period to purchase online. My Leeds Members will have the opportunity to apply via a ‘Tracker Ballot’ and a further ‘Members Ballot’. All application and sale dates are detailed below.

Fans under the age of two are not permitted entry to the stadium. Only fans aged 12 years or above can buy in the standing sections and all children (14 years and under) must be accompanied by a responsible adult.

When making your booking, take extra care in checking all details are correct before paying, as we will NOT be able to amend any orders once they are processed.

Tickets for this match will be issued as digital mobile tickets which you must add to your Apple/Google wallet.

To ensure a speedy ticket buying process supporters are advised to ensure they read all information below thoroughly as many questions are answered in the following text.

HOW TO BUY

Tickets will only be available to purchase online via the Leeds United official ticketing website tickets.leedsunited.com.

Tickets will not be available to purchase in person at the Leeds United Stadium Ticket Office or over the phone via the Leeds United Call Centre. The Leeds United Call Centre 0371 334 1992 along with our Disabled Accessible Line 0333 130 0505 will be open for enquiries only. Supporters who qualify to purchase tickets can purchase one ticket on their customer number.

To be seated with friends and family, you must purchase tickets in the same transaction, as once a booking has been confirmed, no amendments or cancellations can be made. To purchase tickets on behalf of qualifying friends or family, your ticketing accounts must be linked in your online ticketing account. If you have not already linked your accounts, the club strongly advise supporters to do so in advance of tickets going on sale. MEMBERS HOME & AWAY TRACKER BALLOT

Tuesday 14th April – Tracker Ballot Opens

  • Tracker Ballot opens at 9am and closes at midnight

Who can apply?

All My Leeds Members who purchased a ticket for 8 or more games in total across the 2025/26 season. The Tracker data includes all home games (League & Cup) up to and including Brentford on 21st March 2026 and all away games (league & cup) up to and including West Ham United on Sunday 5th April 2026

  • Each qualifying Member can apply for one ticket and can only register once for the ballot. The maximum number of Members within a ballot application is six

  • No payment details will be collected when you enter the Tracker Ballot

  • 50% chance of success (estimated)

Wednesday 15th April – Tracker Ballot Run

  • Tracker ballot will be run and successful applicants notified via email by midday with details of how to purchase their tickets online.

  • No payment will automatically be taken via the ballot, successful applicants will have a priority booking period to select their preferred seats and purchase their tickets online.

Friday 17th April at 10.30am – Successful Tracker Applicants Priority Booking Period

  • Successful tracker applicants can purchase their ticket online from 10.30am to midnight on Friday 17th April.

HOME & AWAY SEASON TICKET HOLDERS General Admission Season Ticket Holders

On sale online: Wednesday 15th April 1pm until midnight on Friday 17th April 2026

The following group of supporters are guaranteed a ticket but must apply online within their priority period:

  • 2025/26 General Admission Home Season Ticket Holders

  • 2025/26 Away Season Ticket Holders

If fans qualify in more than one of the above categories they will still only be able to purchase ONE ticket.

A maximum number of six tickets can be booked in one transaction.

Seasonal Hospitality Members

On sale online: Wednesday 15th April 1pm until midnight on Friday 17th April 2026

The following group of supporters are guaranteed a ticket but must apply online within their priority period:

2025/26 Seasonal Hospitality Members*

*Hospitality Seasonal Members can apply to purchase the equivalent number of FA Cup semi-final tickets as per their 2025/26 Hospitality Season Tickets.

MEMBERS BALLOT

Thursday 16th April – Members Ballot Opens

  • A ballot will open at 9am for all 2025/26 My Leeds Members. This ballot will close for applications at midnight on Friday 17th April

  • Each Member can apply for 1 ticket and can only register once for the ballot. The maximum number of Members within a ballot application is six

  • Members who are unsuccessful with their ‘Tracker Ballot’ application can submit a further application during this window

  • If you wish to be balloted/seated with friends or family Members, then you must register all in one ballot application

  • The lead applicant will need to enter credit/debit card details when submitting a ballot application

  • No payment will be processed at the point of registering in the ballot

  • Please note, we can only guarantee that we can allocate adjoining seats for those supporters who apply within the same ballot application

Monday 20th April – Members Ballot Run

  • The Members ballot will be run and successful applicants will be notified by midday

  • The supporters who are successful in the ballot will automatically have their credit/debit card payment charged for the total cost (including booking fees) and the lead applicant will receive a confirmation email containing their digital tickets (please note,

    the automated balloting system will automatically allocate you a seat which could be in any price level)

  • If you do not receive an email then you have not been successful, supporters can check if they are successful in the ballot via the ‘My Account’ option within their online ticketing account

Pricing categories at Wembley Stadium are split into two sections. The concession rate applies to seniors aged 65+, young adults 19 to 22 years, 16 to 18 years and juniors aged between 2 and 15.

The price categories will be sold on a first come first served basis and are subject to availability.

Acrophobia/Vertigo: Level 5 is the highest tier, which has a steep gradient and may not be suitable to sufferers of vertigo. It is strongly recommended any supporter who suffers from this condition purchases tickets in level 1.

Standing Areas

Wembley Stadium received approval for licensed standing areas:

  • Level 1 - Blocks 132 - 135

  • Level 5 - Blocks 532 - 547

There is a minimum age requirement of 12 years old in these standing areas.

ACCESSIBILITY

The club has received an allocation of 100 wheelchair bays and an allocation of easy-accessible seats, both with the provision for a free personal assistant to support their access needs. Qualifying disabled supporters can purchase online and these are sold under the same periods of sale as detailed above.

The price charged to wheelchair users and disabled supporters in the designated accessible seating is equivalent to the lowest price category (Category 4). Disabled fans who choose to purchase alternative seating will be charged at the relevant price category.

Wheelchair Bay

1. Select any available wheelchair bay from one of the following blocks: 123 to 126, 128 to 130, 132 to 135, 137 to 139, 141 to 143 (Level 1) or blocks 539 & 540 (Level 5)

2. Select the quantity required as one ticket. This will automatically pull through your personal assistant seat to your basket.

3. Within the basket, simply change the owner of the second ticket to that of your personal assistant.

Accessible Seating

Wembley have advised Rows 31 & 32 in Level 1 as being the most suitable for ambulant fans with mobility difficulties, the blocks are listed below for reference, although you can buy anywhere.

Blocks 125 to 132, 135 to 137, 139 to 141.

When buying your tickets online, select two seats and change the owner of the second ticket to that of your personal assistant.

Accessible Parking

Blue Badge parking is available to purchase at a cost of £25.00 per space via www.wembleyofficialparking.com The Customer Engagement Team will be on hand to support guests with a complimentary wheelchair pushing service to the entry gates or seating bowl for those with mobility requirements.

DIGITAL TICKETS

All access to the stadium is digital. You will receive digital links in your confirmation email. Please download your tickets to your mobile device upon receipt of your confirmation email and prior to matchday. Digital tickets must be downloaded to your mobile device. Screenshots of tickets will not work.

Ticket Forwarding is not available for this game. Please be advised that your ticket will only scan once at Wembley Stadium. Should Wembley Stadium’s Access Control show your ticket as being scanned once, a replacement ticket will not be issued under any circumstances.

OFFICIAL COACH TRAVEL

Official Coach Travel will be provided in association with Fourway Coaches who have carried our fans to fixtures all season. Coach travel will be available to purchase online via the Leeds United official ticketing site. Coach travel will only be available to purchase after you have purchased your match ticket.

Coach travel is subject to availability and will be sold on a first come first served basis. Adult coach tickets are priced at £65 and concessions £55. Coaches will start to depart from Lowfields Road from 8am on a ‘fill and go’ basis, supporters will not be allocated a specific coach number. Boarding will commence from 7.15am.

Booking Fees

There is a £3 ticket booking fee for every ticket purchased.

Car Parking

Parking for supporters and supporter coaches can be purchased via www.wembleyofficialparking.com. Car Parking is charged at £120 per coach and £40 per car if booked in advance. Parking is subject to availability and may be subject to price increases on match day.

Blue Badge Parking at Wembley Stadium is available to purchase at a cost of £25 per space via www.wembleyofficialparking.com. Subject to availability and may be subject to price increases on match day.

Match Ticket Refunds

Refunds will only be considered if you return the match ticket to the club no later than midday on Wednesday 22nd April 2026. The club may be able to provide you with a refund if we are able to re-sell the match ticket. Refunds will not be available for any tickets returned after that time.

Terms & Conditions

Entry to Wembley Stadium will be granted on the presentation of a valid ticket purchased from the Club. The Club excludes all liability to any fan who is denied entry to Wembley Stadium a result of their ticket having been purchased through an unauthorised seller. The unauthorised sale or disposal of tickets may also amount to a criminal offence and the Club will inform the police as soon as it becomes aware of any unauthorised sale or disposal of tickets.

Each Ticket is issued for the sole use of, and is personal to, the Ticket Holder and is non transferable. Anyone attempting to use a ticket issued in someone else’s name may be refused entry. Supporters found to be in breach of the Terms and Conditions – such as by selling tickets to individuals not eligible to use them – will face disciplinary action from the club. All tickets are sold subject to availability and are issued subject to Terms and Conditions of Sale & Issue and the applicable Ground Regulations of Wembley Stadium.

No resale of Tickets

It is an offence under Section 166 of the Criminal Justice and Public Order Act 1994, for any unauthorised person to sell tickets.
