Leeds United Women are pleased to announce the signing of Ellie White, who joins the club from Halifax Women.

White scored eight goals in all competitions last campaign across 22 appearances, making 13 starts in the Northern Premier Division and helping Halifax to a sixth-place finish.

An attack-minded player, Ellie has featured for York Centre of Excellence, Huddersfield Town and Halifax Women in her career to date.

A childhood Whites fan, the creative 26-year-old will add quality and experience to the heart of the Simon Wood’s midfield.

White becomes the club’s third summer signing and will link up alongside former Halifax teammates Shauna Legge and Drew Greene.
