Leeds United take on Norwich City at Elland Road on Wednesday night, in a second of three home games in the space of six days.
Ahead of facing his the Canaries, manager Daniel Farke gave his thoughts to the media on a number of topics.
He began with an update on the fitness of his squad, following the victory over Preston North End at the weekend.
“All players who were in contention for the last game are available for the next game,” Farke stated.
“Some good news is that Willy Gnonto has made progress. He hasn’t joined team training so far, so we will try to bring him back this afternoon.
“He was out for 12 days, so we will make a late decision for the game, he could perhaps become a topic for the squad, but I expect him back for the FA Cup game on Saturday.
“Apart form this, there is no other news, Pascal Struijk is still out.”
Across all competitions, our upcoming opponents have won their last three matches, showing it will be another tough challenge when the boss puts his team out to face his former side.
Farke said: “I was there for more than four years and had great memories.
“I will always be grateful to this club and it will have a special place in my heart. That's quite normal.
“It's always a pleasure to be able to see some familiar faces. I am not sure if there is time on game day to say hello or not because we are more concentrating on the game, and for that it's special.
“But, it’s not about me, it’s about us winning the three points and this is my only topic at the moment.
“We are highly motivated to win a game of football."
