Leeds United face Preston North End away from home on Boxing Day, in an early kick-off (12:30pm) live on Sky Sports.

The Whites go into the game having comfortably beaten Ipswich Town last time out and will now face a Preston side who are just four points off the play-off positions.

Ahead of the game, Daniel Farke gave his thoughts on travelling to Deepdale.

He said: “They [PNE] play a completely different style of football than Ipswich.

“It’s a different approach and it's no coincidence they had such an impressive start to the season.

“Especially in their home games, they play with lots of intensity, aggressiveness, pretty direct and you have to be ready for the battle.

“After a bad result, they will be even more on it at home, they know with a good performance against Leeds United they can win their momentum back.

“We have to be fully aware it will be a battle and be ready for a completely different approach. It’s a dangerous side and it's a tough place to go."
