Leeds United manager Daniel Farke spoke to LUTV following Saturday's victory over Watford at Elland Road.

The Whites climbed to sixth place in the Sky Bet Championship following an impressive 3-0 win, thanks to goals from Joel Piroe, Sam Byram and Jaidon Anthony.

It was Leeds’ fourth clean sheet in a row and the Whites boss gave his verdict on the latest three points.

“We’re happy with how we played,” said Farke.

“At half time I was pretty happy, it doesn’t often happen where you don’t need to speak about any topics because I think we were brilliant.

“We created so many chances, dominated possession and dominated the game, we were all over them with good pressing and didn’t let them have one chance or hardly a touch in our half.

“To convert this dominance into a result is what we did in the second half and overall it was a fantastic performance and win for us.

“I was pleased obviously with the goals, but even more that we were able to return back to the dressing room again with a clean sheet, it was a great day for all of us.

“The week could be worse, it could be better with nine points if I’m honest, but seven points, three clean sheets and performance wise it’s been top class, I can’t criticise anything.

“I’m pretty pleased and the lads deserve to get some rest, especially the international players, who’ve had more or less four weeks in a row without a day off.

“We will calm the intensity in training down for one or two days and go again, this league is relentless and we want to keep going with these type of performances and results.”
