Dan O’Hearne told of the positive atmosphere within the camp, as the Whites prepare for their first away match of the campaign.
Following the late win against Stockport on the opening day, Leeds United Women are now looking to add another three points to their tally when they face Chorley on Sunday.
“Training has been good,” O’Hearne explained ahead of the match.
“We’ve worked on two areas I felt we needed to work on, so hopefully that will come to fruition on Sunday.
“Everyone came to training with a smile on their face after the win on Sunday, and they’ve worked hard as always.
“We’re all buzzing at the minute.”
Sunday’s opposition have proved a tough team to face over previous years, and O’Hearne is expecting more of the same this time.
He said: “It’s always a difficult test against Chorley.
“They’ve always been tight games when we have faced them. The last time we played them in the league, we beat them 1-0 away and 2-1 at home.
“They’re a team that you can never shake off. Even if you get into the lead, they will never give up, so it’s always a tough test."
