Leeds United face Cardiff City in our first game of the 2023/24 Sky Bet Championship season on Sunday afternoon, and we would like to remind fans around some of the key pieces of information that will hopefully ensure everyone is fully prepared for the match.

Arrive early:

We would urge as many fans as possible to arrive in plenty of time for the game. Turnstiles will open at 1pm (kick-off is scheduled for 2.30pm) and the Fan Zone will be open to supporters from 11.30am.

Download your ticket:

Supporters must download their ticket into their Apple or Google Wallet before arriving at Elland Road and ensure their smartphone is fully charged.

A screenshot of your mobile ticket or the email confirming your mobile ticket WILL NOT permit you entry into the stadium on a matchday. You need to download your mobile ticket from the link in your booking confirmation email.

If you have an android phone, please also ensure that your NFC is switched on in your settings.

All 2023/24 Season Ticket Holders have been sent an email with their links to download their new season passes, please ensure you download these before arriving at the stadium. If you have not received your email or passes, please contact the Ticket Office in advance of Sunday on 0371 334 1992.

Matchday facilities:

Supporters can find a prayer room and sensory toom in the West Stand for use throughout the match.

Matchday Incident Text Service:

Discriminatory language or chanting is not acceptable and you could be breaking the law. The club condemns this behaviour and has a zero-tolerance policy towards discrimination abuse of all kinds.

To report an incident, text LEEDS along with any relevant information including ticket details, your name and description of an incident to 60006. You will then receive an automated response which means that your report has been logged and will then be looked into.

Matchday activations:

The club will be paying tribute to those associated with Leeds United who have passed away since our final match of the 2022/23 campaign. There will be a moment of applause whilst names appear on the big screen ahead of kick-off.

The club will also be showing its ongoing support for Marching Out Together and the LGBTQ+ community, as the annual Leeds Pride event also takes place on Sunday, with Leeds United once again acting as a Premium Sponsor. There will be messages of support on the big screen and in the matchday programme. For more information, please click here.

Finally, Leeds United will continue its support for the ‘Love Football. Protect The Game’ campaign with new policies, procedures and regulations coming into force for the 2023/24 season. For more information, please click here.
