Dominic Calvert-Lewin has been voted Leeds United’s Hisense Player of the Match following Sunday’s 1-1 draw with Manchester United at Elland Road.

The striker received 27% of the supporters’ vote after producing an impressive performance, scoring the equaliser shortly after half-time to earn the Whites a share of the spoils.

With Leeds trailing at the break, Calvert-Lewin ignited the home crowd in the 51st minute, reacting quickest to a loose ball after Tarik Muharemović had met a corner, beating Bryan Mbeumo to find the back of the net.

The goal sparked celebrations around Elland Road as Daniel Farke’s side fought back in the Roses derby, with the England international leading the line throughout the contest.

Calvert-Lewin played the full 90 minutes, registering three shots and covering 11 kilometres during a tireless display.

He also won 10 duels, recorded 16 sprints and reached a top speed of 33 km/h, demonstrating his work rate at both ends of the pitch.

The forward registered 42 touches and completed 14 accurate passes, while contributing two defensive actions, one clearance and one recovery. He also made eight carries, covering a total distance of 80 metres.

Calvert-Lewin topped the fan vote with 27%, ahead of Jayden Bogle, who received 22% following another committed performance.

Defender Muharemović finished third with 16%, while Nico Elvedi claimed fourth place after earning 12% of the vote.
