Leeds United take on Bristol City on Saturday afternoon, and we would like to remind fans around some of the key pieces of information that will hopefully ensure everyone is fully prepared for the match.

Arrive early:

We would urge as many fans as possible to arrive in plenty of time for the game. Turnstiles will open at 1.30pm (kick-off is scheduled for 3pm) and the Home Fan Zone will be open to supporters from 11.30am. The Away Fan Zone, located outside the West Stand, will be open from 1pm.

Download your ticket:

Supporters must download their ticket into their Apple or Google Wallet before arriving at Elland Road and ensure their smartphone is fully charged.

A screenshot of your mobile ticket or the email confirming your mobile ticket WILL NOT permit you entry into the stadium on a matchday. You need to download your mobile ticket from the link in your booking confirmation email.

If you have an android phone, please also ensure that your NFC is switched on in your settings.

Matchday facilities:

If supporters would like to use the prayer room, sensory room or they need a quiet space during a matchday, please contact [email protected] so they can assist and book in a time slot for you. There are also a team of Wellbeing Officers that work on a matchday, that are on hand to support fans with any problems.

Matchday Campaigns:

Our match against Bristol City is dedicated to the EFL’s Together Against Racism campaign. As part of the campaign, we are asking all supporters to help us kick any form of discrimination out of the game. For more information around the campaign, please click here.

Matchday Incident Text Service:

Discriminatory language or chanting is not acceptable and you could be breaking the law. The club condemns this behaviour and has a zero-tolerance policy towards discrimination abuse of all kinds.

To report an incident, text LEEDS along with any relevant information including ticket details, your name and description of an incident to 60006. You will then receive an automated response which means that your report has been logged and will then be looked into.
