The Leeds United Foundation are looking for as much support as possible from the Leeds United fanbase with this year’s Great North Run, taking place on Sunday 10th September.

For any keen runners, or those wanting to set themselves an exciting but challenging target for the year, this could be the perfect opportunity to help support the charity and the various programmes they deliver across the city helping those who need it most.

The club’s official charity aims to use the power of football and Leeds United to enhance the lives of people across the region and beyond through initiatives and programmes focused on education, sport, and healthier lifestyles.

To continue expanding the programmes currently on offer and to increase the amount of people we are able to engage with, support with any fundraising efforts for the charity would be incredibly appreciated.

The Great North Run is one of the world’s most iconic half-marathons; the famous route takes you from the centre of Newcastle, through Gateshead to the stunning coastline of South Shields.
