Leeds United are pleased to announce Alfie Cresswell has signed a professional contract with the club.
The defender has agreed a three-year deal at Elland Road, committing his future until 2027.
Cresswell starred as a centre-half for Rob Etherington’s Under-18s side in the league last season and played an instrumental part as the club reached the FA Youth Cup final.
Towards the end of the campaign, the 17-year-old made his Under-21s debut, helping Scott Gardner’s side to wins over Derby County and Newcastle United in the Premier League 2.
Everyone at Leeds United would like to congratulate Alfie on signing a professional contract with the club and we look forward to seeing his continued development at Thorp Arch.
