Leeds United star Brenden Aaronson has been named in Mauricio Pochettino's first US Mens National Team squad, for their upcoming fixtures against Panama and Mexico.
Aaronson has been in impressive form, featuring in every game for Leeds this season, helping the Whites upto fourth in the league and winning August's Player of the Month.
The attacking midfielder has also scored twice for Leeds, in the season opener against Portsmouth and the 2-0 win over Sheffield Wednesday, whilst also providing the assist for Joel Piroe's strike against Cardiff City.
Aaronson will be hoping to impress Pochettino, who was recently announced as the US' new head coach, and adding to his 44 international caps.
The US kick off their new era on Sunday 13th October (3am UK Time), when they host former Leeds United head coach Thomas Christiansen's Panama at the Q2 Stadium in Texas, before travelling to Guadalajara, where they face Mexico on Wednesday 16th October (2:30am UK Time).
