Leeds United are delighted to announce that Archie Gray has been named the club’s Young Player of the Season for the 2023/24 campaign.
The 18-year-old has been a key part of Daniel Farke’s side, after making his first-team debut on the opening day of the season at home to Cardiff City.
Gray has been utilised in a number of different roles, showing his versatility and knowledge of the game at a young age.
He has made 46 appearances in all competitions so far this term, and despite not being officially awarded the goal, a standout moment came against Leicester City in the comeback victory at Elland Road.
At the recent EFL Awards, Gray was named the Young Player of the Season, along with the Apprentice of the Season, showing how highly thought of he is within the game following his performances this year.
As well at club level, Archie has been recognised internationally this season, making two appearances for the England Under-21s, where he scored on his debut away in Azerbaijan.
Everyone at Leeds United would like to congratulate Archie on winning the award.
