My name is Dean Pearson a lifelong Leeds United supporter and both a home and away season ticket holder. I am privileged to represent the Leeds United Supporters Network (LUSN), where I currently serve as Chairman.
LUSN is a global network of independent, self-governing supporters’ groups, unified by their passion for Leeds United. As a non-profit organisation, LUSN is dedicated to promoting inclusive participation from all sections of the Leeds United fan base. The Network provides essential support to supporters worldwide, while fostering strong relationships, building meaningful partnerships, and ensuring that supporter voices remain an integral part of the wider Leeds United family.
In addition to his role with LUSN, I am also Chairman of the South Leeds Independent (SLI). SLI offers comprehensive away travel arrangements for all Leeds United fixtures and operates a popular community football special for home games. This service provides convenient transport from multiple locations across South Leeds to Elland Road and is designed to be fully inclusive, catering for women, children, older supporters, and disabled fans alike. The ethos of unity, accessibility, and community engagement is central to everything SLI delivers.
I have followed Leeds United throughout my life. My first match was against Chelsea in the early 1970s, taken along by a neighbour. Despite not being able to see much of the action and initially wishing I was at home watching Basil Brush, the next game sealed my lifelong commitment. Through more downs than ups, my passion for the club has never wavered — because when Leeds United is in your blood, it stays there for life.
