Q. What information is shown on my access Card?
A. All of your seat details are shown on the reverse of the card. Name, customer number, price band (adult, junior, senior citizen, etc) stand, area, row, seat number and entrance.

Q. How do I gain access to the Stadium?
A. You will only be able to gain access via the entrance number that is shown on the reverse of your card. When you approach the turnstile simply hold your card stationary against the Reader. There is no need to move or swipe your card. The Reader will check against the Ticketing system to ensure that your Access Card is valid for the game. If your card is valid then a green light will display to show that you can proceed through the turnstile. A series of lights will also display on the inside to allow a steward to monitor if an adult or a concession is using the Access Card. Any adults identified to be unlawfully using a concession Access Card will be directed to the Ticket Office to purchase the ticket at the full adult price.

Q. What do I do if there is a problem with my access Card at the turnstile?
A. A red light will display. This indicates that there may be a problem with your card. A steward will be aware of the problem and will be able to assist. Depending on the nature of the problem, you may be directed to the Ticket Office.

Q. What should I do if I forget my access Card?
A. Go to the Ticket Office. You will be issued with a paper ticket for your seat. However, the Ticket Office will only issue you a ticket after they have checked that your Access Card has not already been used. Please note that there will be a non-refundable administration charge of £5.00 per Season Ticket.

Q. What happens if my access Card is stolen or lost?
A. Report this immediately to Ticket Services. They will be able to deactivate your Access Card and issue you with a replacement card. Please note that there is a £25.00 administration fee to replace lost or stolen cards.

Q. Can I move my Season Ticket seat for a match?
A. Yes. If you move into a higher priced area then you will pay the difference in price (price depends on match category). If you move within the same area or into a stand of the same value, then you will incur a non-refundable £5.00 administration fee per seat. However, this charge will be waived if you purchase the equivalent number of additional match ticket(s) to your season ticket(s) in the same transaction. This administration charge does not apply to season ticket holders who move within or transfer into the Family Area. Ticket services will deactivate your Access Card and issue you with a paper barcoded match ticket.

Q. Can I upgrade my concession season access Card for one game?
A. Yes. Season Access Cards can be upgraded for a particular match. These can be upgraded 7 days before the game. You will pay the difference between a concession and an adult price for that particular fixture. The price difference will depend on the category of the match.

Q. Do I use my season access Card for Home cup fixtures?
A. Yes. If you purchase the same seat at the same price band as per your season ticket then we will activate your seasoncard; no paper match ticket will be dispatched.

Q. Is my access Card also my Membership Card?
A. Yes, it is your Membership and Season Card. All Season Ticket Holders are automatically enrolled onto the Leeds United Membership Scheme. The Membership logo is shown on the reverse of your Access Card. If you purchase a ticket for an Away fixture then you will need to take your Access Card with you to the Away game.

Q. When will I receive my season ticket access card for the 2010/11 season?
