Leeds United Season Ticket Terms & Conditions
1. The season ticket entitles the season ticket holder admission to all home league fixtures only. No season ticket shall constitute or imply any guarantee or entitlement to tickets for the following: (a) Non league home fixtures involving Leeds United. (b) Away cup-ties involving Leeds United, including cup finals. Ticket availability will be announced through advertisements, website information, publications and broadcasts. (c) Home Cup Replays. (d) Any match or event at Elland Road not involving Leeds United.
2. Season ticket holders must occupy the seat indicated on the Season Ticket Access Card at all games, except those home cup-ties for which another seat has been allocated, as set out in (3).
3. For home non league fixtures, season ticket holders should follow any instructions publicised by the club in any advertisements, publications or broadcasts. On such occasions it may be necessary to relocate season ticket holders to other seats. In such cases season ticket holders must abide by the club's decision to relocate them.
4. Nothing in the season ticket guarantees entitlement to reserve the seat, or access to the stadium to which the present season ticket relates, for any future season.
5. All fixtures are subject to change. It is the responsibility of the season ticket holder to check for such amendments in the club programme, on the official website and/or any press releases before the match.
6. No refunds will be given on any season ticket or any league matches that you do not attend. No refunds will be offered in the event of players being transferred or injured.
7. All season ticket holders agree to be bound by the ground regulations. Any season ticket holder found guilty of breaking the ground regulations or acting in a manner the club considers detrimental to its interest, will have his or her season ticket confiscated. He or she will also be banned from attending future games involving Leeds United. No refunds will be issued.
8. In the event that the seat applied for is made not available for the 2012/13 season by way of certifying authority restriction, redevelopment or reallocation then the club reserves the right to allocate the season ticket holder into an alternative seat of no less value. The season ticket holder will not be entitled to a refund.
9. Season tickets are non transferable and are only valid for whose name they are registered to. The season ticket holder agrees that he/she will not, under any circumstances, sell, loan, give or howsoever otherwise provide his/her Season Ticket Access Card to another individual (the "Borrower"). If the season ticket holder breaches this clause he/she may have his/her card withdrawn. Further, the season ticket holder shall be held responsible for the conduct of the Borrower as if himself/herself carried out the (mis)conduct of the Borrower at the relevant time. In this way the season ticket holder may have his/her card confiscated and may be refused future entry to the Stadium for a fixed period of time at Leeds United's discretion.
10. The Season Ticket Access Card must be available for inspection at all matches and Leeds United reserve the right to inspect them at anytime.

No refund of payments shall be made.
15. Season ticket holders who purchase additional home match tickets will be responsible for the conduct of those fans they have purchased tickets for.

If there are no longer any juniors in the family group, then the family must relocate to an alternative area of the ground.Match tickets for the Family Area are strictly only available to Members. Members may purchase three tickets for this area and this must include a junior under 16.
