After finishing fifth in League One we will now meet fourth-placed Carlisle United over two legs in the Play-Off semi-finals.

The home leg will be played at Elland Road on Monday May 12 (7.45pm) with the away leg to take place at Brunton Park on Thursday May 15 (7.45pm).

The other semi-final will see Doncaster Rovers take on Southend United over two legs. Southend will be at home to Doncaster on Friday May 9 with the return leg taking place the following Friday.

Nottingham Forest eventually clinched the second promotion spot in League One - behind Swansea - after beating Yeovil Town on the final day of the season.
