COMEBACK CONTINUES
Jonathan Douglas will continue his return to fitness in the reserves at Elland Road on Wednesday night.
The Republic of Ireland international, who returned to first team action against Walsall last weekend as a late substitute, will line up in a strong United reserve side for the visit of Lincoln City.
Boss Gary McAllister said he was delighted to welcome Douglas back to the fold after a knee injury, but also said he was more than happy with the way his current midfield four are performing.
Neil Kilkenny, David Prutton, Jonny Howson, and Bradley Johnson have been operating across the middle for the first team in recent weeks.
Peter Sweeney and Seb Carole have also found themselves on the fringes and the duo are named in the reserves on Wednesday, along with striker Anthony Elding and central defender Paul Huntington.
Elding has scored three goals in three starts and will be hoping to continue that run at Elland Road.
Academy youngster Fabian Delph, who is set for bench duty for England under-19s on Tuesday night, is also named in the reserve starting XI.
You can watch United reserves in action live on Wednesday from 7pm...
