Each successful applicant will need to take their Members Card with them to the game as well as their match ticket.

On the back of the match ticket, the Leeds United Ticket Office will write the successful applicant's Membership number.

If you are applying for up to a maximum of six tickets for individual members - please ensure that when you receive your match tickets that you hand each Member the match ticket with their corresponding Membership number.

If your match ticket does not match the Members Card you produce with the match ticket at the away turnstile - you will be refused entry, your card will be confiscated and action will be taken by the club against both the Member who the ticket was issued to and the Member who is now holding that ticket.

Membership is not transferable and misuse can result in a club ban.
