2010/11 SEASON TICKET HOLDERS AND MEMBERS ONLY

We will continue to operate a loyalty scheme for away games for the 2010/11 season. Any games with a low allocation will be allocated on a loyalty basis.

The process of applying for tickets is detailed below and will continue to be on a phased basis. At this stage, no away games have been designated as 'Loyalty' fixtures as we are still awaiting final confirmation of ticket allocations. Any games designated as 'Loyalty' will not be included within the phased applications.

Tickets for 'Loyalty' games will be allocated to those fans who have attended the most games or any fan who applied for tickets within five days of the advertised date of each phase but who is unsuccessful in gaining a ticket due to demand.

How to apply

Applications will only be accepted by completing the online application form our website, fax or postal application. We do not accept applications by email to tickets@leedsunited.com

Our fax system has recently been upgraded and for the forthcoming 2010/11 season, the fax system can receive multiple faxes at any one time. Our new fax number is 0871 334 2008. Please note 0871 calls or faxes cost 9p per minute plus network extras.

The previous Ticket Office fax number (0113 367 6055) will cease to exist from 5pm on Friday 9th July 2010.

If an application consists of Season Ticket Holders and Members, then the application will be placed on file with members. Ticket Services will not be accepting any hand delivered away game applications at the counters.

All applications will be kept in strict order of receipt from both sets of fans (strictly one ticket per Season Ticket Holder/Member)

You can apply for a maximum of six away tickets for each game per application. Block bookings will only be accepted from the Regional Members Club Branches. All tickets will be sent to the main contact of the application and not the individual members.

Postal applications are not time specific. We cannot guarantee that postal applications will be received, opened or placed on file for 10am. Please note, no priority is given to any postal applications received by courier, Royal Mail recorded or guaranteed delivery. This will only ensure that the item is delivered on the specified date.

Therefore, the club advise that as many fans as possible book online so the application is guaranteed to be received by us and can be traced by date and time. We will not accept any responsibility for lost applications sent by post.

The club is considering withdrawing the postal application system for the 2011/12 season.

If you are planning to use the online away booking form, please ensure that you have your password ready in advance of 19th July 2010. Any fans who have forgotten their password are advised to contact Ticket Services on 0871 334 1992 or email tickets@leedsunited.com in advance of the Phase 1 application date.

Payment

Payment must be submitted with your application for away tickets.

If you are applying by fax or via the online booking you will need to pay by credit/debit card. Please ensure that you include; your credit/debit card details (the number across the centre of your card), expiry date, start date and issue number if applicable. (AMEX is not accepted) When paying by credit/debit card a £1.50 booking fee applies to all tickets (including coach travel tickets). If paying by credit/debit card and payment declines or fails on three occasions, then future away ticket applications by card payment will be disregarded.

Whilst we endeavour to dispatch away tickets 2-3 weeks in advance of the fixture, this will be determined upon receipt of the allocation from the away club.
If you have submitted an application for away tickets and your credit/debit card has expired or the details have changed, please confirm the changes in writing to Leeds United Ticket Services, Elland Road, Leeds LS11 0ES and state the games that you have applied for.

If applying by postal application you can pay by either credit/debit card or by cheque. Please make all cheques payable to Leeds United Football Club Limited and write your address and customer number on the reverse of the cheque. When applying for several away games, you need to submit one cheque per game. No booking fee is charged when paying by cheque.

Allocation of tickets

Our existing policy has been reviewed. After deducting the allocation of tickets for Away Season Ticket holders, 80% of the remaining tickets will be reserved for home Season Ticket Holders and 20% for Club Members.

Three weeks before the game, any remaining tickets will be distributed on a first come first served basis, taking into account any applications received which were initially unsuccessful.

Loyalty Games

Approximately 5 weeks before the fixture, Ticket Services will make an announcement via www.leedsunited.com confirming how to apply and all details including the number of away games that fans must have attended in order to qualify to apply for a ticket for a 'Loyalty Game'.

Tickets for 'Loyalty' games will be allocated to those fans who have attended the most games or any fan who applied for tickets within five days of the advertised date of each phase but who is unsuccessful in gaining a ticket due to demand.

Please note: Loyalty applications will only be processed based on the number of away games attended NOT by the time and date the application was submitted.

If an application consists of Season Ticket Holders/Members that have not all attended the same number of away games, then the application will be placed on file as the lowest number of games attended.

TICKETS CANNOT BE REFUNDED OR EXCHANGED. THIS APPLIES TO ALL TICKET PURCHASES
