Application process for new season...
The Away Ticket application process which was operated in 2011/12 will remain the same for the 2012/13 season.
Away tickets are only available to purchase online. Online applications will be accepted on a game-by-game basis.
The features of the online system include instant confirmation that your online application has been successful, staggered application days for Season Ticket Holders and Members to apply, and an option to purchase travel at the same time as purchasing a match ticket. The process will also create loyalty.
Any games with a low allocation will be allocated on a loyalty basis.
Following fans feedback, the Club are currently looking at further improvements to the online application system for the 2012/13 season. Details of these online enhancements will be announced in the near future.
Away Season Tickets
The club will continue to operate the Away Season Ticket scheme for the 2012/13 season. Renewal application forms were despatched to existing Away Season Ticket Holders on July 13 2012. There is limited availaibility for new applicants to join the scheme, but you must be a home Season Ticket Holder to qualify. For more information e-mail tickets@leedsunited.com. Away Season Tickets for 2012/13 are priced at £714 adult/£494 senior (60+)/£365 Junior (U-16). The deadline for both renewals and new applicants to apply is close of business on Friday August 10.
Allocation of tickets
After deducting the allocation of tickets for Away Season Ticket holders, 80% of the remaining tickets will be reserved for home Season Ticket Holders and 20% for Club Members.
Strictly 1 ticket per Season Ticket Holder/Member.
The process of applying for tickets is detailed below.
How to apply
Applications will only be accepted via our online system. You can access the online system at www.leedsunited.com, click on Tickets, and then click BUY NOW.
On-sale dates will be announced on a game-by-game basis. Approximately 4 weeks before each away fixture tickets will go on sale online. Tickets will initially go on sale exclusively to Season Ticket Holders on a first come first served basis, followed by a period for Club Members.
In the event that any tickets remain out of the Season Ticket Holder's allocation, then these will be released to Members at the start of their period along with their 20% Members allocation. In this case, Season Ticket Holders will be able to purchase a ticket during the Members period.
After the Members period, any remaining tickets will be made available online and sold on a first come first served basis to both Season Ticket Holders and Members.
Whilst we will endeavour to sell away tickets 4 weeks in advance of the fixture, this will be determined upon receipt of the ticket allocation from the away club.
The onsale dates for each away game will be advertised at www.leedsunited.com and in the Matchday Programme.
Never purchased Away Tickets Online?
In order to purchase tickets online, you need a valid email address (the email address does not have to be unique) and your customer number needs to be active for online sales.
Once your customer number is active for online sales, you need to log in using your customer number together with a password. Many season ticket holders and members already have access to our online booking system as they have previously purchased home tickets, cup tickets, events, memberships, etc, and their password will not change.
Members and season ticket holders can contact Ticket Services now on 0871 334 1992 or email tickets@leedsunited.com to check if their account is active and ready for online sales for the new season.
If you are purchasing away tickets for friends or family, their customer number(s) must be linked to your account. This is a simple process and can be done once you are logged in online. We are advising members and season ticket holders, to link their friends and family to their account in advance of tickets going onsale. All tickets will be sent to the main contact of the application and not the individual members.
Loyalty Games
Approximately 4 weeks before the fixture, Ticket Services will make an announcement via www.leedsunited.com confirming the deadline dates to apply and all details including the number of away games that fans must have attended in order to qualify to apply for a ticket for a 'Loyalty Game'.
Tickets for 'Loyalty' games will be allocated to those fans who have attended the most games.
Please note: Loyalty online applications will only be processed based on the number of away games attended NOT by the time and date the online application was made.
Refund Policy
Away tickets can be returned to the Club for a refund up to 48 hours before the away fixture, this is not applicable to away season ticket holders.
Leeds United reserve the right to amend onsale dates or change the selling procedure for any fixture. Dates of fixtures and kick off times are subject to change.
