Away Allocation of Tickets

The loyalty scheme that was introduced for the 2008/09 season proved to be a success. We will continue to operate a loyalty scheme for away games for the coming 2009/10 season. Any games with a low allocation of tickets will be allocated on a loyalty basis.

The process of applying for tickets is detailed below and will continue to be on a phased basis, however, our visits to Brighton (21/11/09), Hartlepool (6/02/10) and Charlton (1/05/10) will not be included within the phased applications but allocated on the loyalty scheme.

Tickets for Brighton, Hartlepool, and Charlton will be allocated to those fans who have attended the most games or any fan who applied for tickets within 7 days of the advertised date of each phase but who is unsuccessful in gaining a ticket due to demand.

Detail of Phases

PHASE 1 Applications accepted from 14th July 2009 at 10am:
*Darlington, Wycombe Wanderers, Walsall, Colchester United, Southend United, Milton Keynes Dons. *Carling Cup Round 1

PHASE 2 Applications accepted from 1st September 2009 at 10am:
Bristol Rovers, Millwall, Swindon Town, Oldham Athletic, Brentford.

PHASE 3 Applications accepted from 16th November 2009 at 10am:
Oldham Athletic, Stockport County, Tranmere Rovers, Exeter City, Leyton Orient, Huddersfield Town.

PHASE 4 Applications accepted from 1st February 2010 at 10am:
Southampton, Norwich City, Yeovil Town, Carlisle United, Gillingham.

Charlton Athletic is excluded from Phase 4 and will now be allocated on a loyalty basis.

PLEASE NOTE: You must be a current 2009/10 Season Ticket Holder or a current 2009/10 Club Member at the time of submitting your away game application form.

Any applications received before the advertised dates and time will be void.

The deadline to qualify for the loyalty scheme if unsuccessful is 20th July 2009 for Phase 1, 7th September 2009 for Phase 2, 22nd November 2009 for Phase 3 and 7th February 2010 for Phase 4.

Leeds United reserve the right to amend onsale dates or change the selling procedure for any fixture. Dates of fixtures and kick off times are subject to change.

How to apply

Applications will only be accepted by post, fax or by completing the online application form on our website. We are not accepting applications by email to tickets@leedsunited.com If an application consists of season ticket holders and members, then the application will be placed on file with members. Ticket Services will not be accepting any hand delivered away game applications at the Counters.

All applications will be kept in strict order of receipt from both sets of fans (strictly 1 ticket per season ticket holder/member)

You can apply for a maximum of six away tickets for each game per application. The ticket dispatch policy has been reviewed and for the 2009/10 season, all tickets will be sent to the main contact of the application and not the individual members. This is a change to our existing policy and will be monitored and reviewed regularly throughout the season. This remains subject to change.

Block bookings will only be accepted from the Regional Members Club Branches. Full details will be forwarded to Branch Secretaries.

 Allocation of tickets

Our existing policy will remain in place; after deducting the allocation of tickets for away season ticket holders, 85% of the remaining tickets will be reserved for home season ticket holders and 15% for Club Members.

Three weeks before the game, any remaining tickets will be distributed on a first come first served basis, taking into account any applications received which were initially unsuccessful.

Loyalty Games

Approximately 5 weeks before the fixture, Ticket Services will send a letter to the fans who qualify to apply for a ticket for a 'Loyalty Game'.

Any fans who have forgotten their password are advised to use the 'Forgotten Password' feature when the online form is available.

TICKETS CANNOT BE REFUNDED OR EXCHANGED. THIS APPLIES TO ALL TICKET PURCHASES
