United’s Sky Bet Championship trip to Blackburn Rovers will now take place on Wednesday February 1, 2017 (7.45pm kick-off).

The Ewood Park clash, which was originally scheduled for the Tuesday evening, has been put back 24 hours following a police request.

This is due to Blackburn’s local rivals Burnley playing a home fixture on Tuesday January 31.

Meanwhile, our Yorkshire derby away to Huddersfield Town on Saturday February 4 will now kick-off at the earlier time of 12.30pm on police advice.
