INJURY UPDATE: BERARDI TO MISS FINAL TWO

Full-back sidelined with injury sustained at Hull City...

Gaetano Berardi will miss United’s final two games of the season after suffering slight ligament damage in Saturday’s draw 2-2 at Hull City.

The full-back was stretchered off with 15 minutes remaining at the KC Stadium following a challenge from Hull's Jake Livermore.

Berardi has already missed over two months of the campaign with an ankle injury sustained at Charlton in December, but the extent of his current injury is not as serious and the expected recovery time is three to four weeks.

Elsewhere, Alex Mowatt will return to contention for Saturday's final home game of the season, the visit of Charlton Athletic, after the midfielder completed his three-match suspension for the red card picked up in the 2-1 victory away to Birmingham City a fortnight ago.
