SEASON TICKET SALES: AN UPDATE
2016/17 Season Ticket sales beat last season's total...
We are pleased to announce that 2016/17 Season Ticket sales have already passed last year’s total figure with just over two months remaining until the new campaign underway.
By close of play on Tuesday May 31 – the deadline to be eligible for the Club’s unique cashback offer – Season Ticket sales reached just over 13,000.
The Club has issued the following message…
“We have been delighted with the response to our truly unique Season Ticket offer for 2016/17.
“To have already passed last year’s total, with over two months still remaining until the season starts, further demonstrates what a fantastic set of supporters we have.
“The target now is to push towards 15,000 sales by July 31 and make the potential refund figure for our unique cashback offer even greater for those who have committed early to purchasing a Season Ticket.
“We hope, of course, that no refunds will be required at this stage next year - as that will mean the club has enjoyed a successful season!
“There are still plenty of reasons to get a Season Ticket in time for kick-off at the start of August and it remains the cheapest way to catch all the action at Elland Road.
“We have also introduced a significantly reduced pricing structure for our junior supporters, who are now able get a Season Ticket in all areas of the stadium.
“We have seen a significant number of new applicants purchase Season Tickets this year and many more have enquired about becoming a new Season Ticket Holder at Elland Road.
“The Club would like to thank everybody who has purchased a 2016/17 Season Ticket so far for their support.”
