Striker has big Elland Road future ahead...
Neil Warnock is tipping Steve Morison to become an Elland Road hero after the former Norwich and Millwall striker opened his account for the club against Blackpool.
The January signing capped off an impressive night's work against the Lancashire side by drilling home his first goal in a white shirt, and the boss is convinced he will swiftly establish himself as a crowd favourite.
"They will love him here," said the boss. "He will go on to be a big, big favourite.
"He's that type of player that once he gets fit he will do really well - because he's not fully fit yet. He gave the Blackpool centre-halves 15 yards at times.
"When I look at our bad performances this year, it's when we've had players up there who haven't been giving 100 per cent and you can't have that. It's no good for anyone.
"Steve Morison will be here long after I've gone, he'll be a real popular player, and people will say 'that bloody Warnock signed him.'"
