American links up with LA Galaxy...
American midfielder Robbie Rogers is set to finish his rehab from injury by working with LA Galaxy in the United States.
The 25-year-old suffered an early end to the campaign after an ankle injury sustained after just 15 minutes of the 4-1 win against Peterborough United in April ruled him out of the final games. The game was Robbie's first start for the club.
It was the second injury to hit Robbie during his short time with the club after concussion sustained against Doncaster Rovers on his debut at the end of February saw him sidelined for a month.
United manager Neil Warnock had described Rogers as "unlucky" and says he is looking forward to welcoming him back in pre-season.
The player is in the final throes of recovering from the ankle injury and concluding his rehab and training with the Galaxy will provide a boost to the player's fitness ahead of pre-season training next month.
