Trio of UK games announced for United...
Leeds United can confirm three further friendly matches on English soil this summer.
The club has already announced a three-game trip to the South West and a match in Norway, and three additional games have now been confirmed as part of Neil Warnock's build-up to the new season.
United's pre-season will begin with a game against local opposition on Friday July 20 when the boss will take his squad to Farsley AFC (7.45pm) while games are also lined up at Preston North End on Saturday August 4 (3pm) and Burton Albion on Tuesday August 7 (7.45pm).
The Farsley game will take place just two days before the squad travel to Cornwall to play games against Tavistock (Monday July 23 - 7pm), Bodmin Town (Wednesday July 25 - 7pm) and Torquay United (Friday July 27 - 7pm).
Farsley, who are members of the Evo-Stick First Division North and play at Throstle Nest, are managed by former United man Neil Parsley while his assistant Mark Jackson is an ex-Elland Road defender.
On returning from Cornwall, United will head to Norway for a game against Sandefjord on Wednesday August 1 before returning to the UK for a trip to face League One side Preston North End the following Saturday.
A first ever trip to Burton Albion is next up with United heading to the Pirelli Stadium the following Tuesday.
It's anticipated that the club will add a further game at Elland Road on Friday August 10.
The season kicks off the following midweek with the first round of the Carling Cup. The new league campaign begins on Saturday August 18.
