Don Revie

Don Revie has returned to Elland Road.

The statue of the great man returned to his home ground on Thursday in readiness for Saturday's unveiling.

The impressive statue, created by sculptor Graham Ibbeson and paid for by funds raised by 1000s of Leeds United fans up and down the country, will be officially unveiled at 11am on Saturday by members of the 1972 FA Cup final winning team.

Sunday marks the 40th anniversary of the club's Centenary FA Cup final success and many of the Revie greats will be joined by his son Don at a ceremony in which all are invited to attend.

Saturday also sees the launch of the new kit at the Elland Road Superstore, which is open from 9am for fans to be among the first to wear the 2012/13 shirt.

Billy's Bar and Howard's restaurant are also open on Saturday and all fans are invited to join us at Elland Road to formally welcome the Don home.

The statue is sited on Lowfields Road, opposite the East Stand entrance.

Fullerton Park will be open for car parking on Saturday.
