Fine-tuning operation underway...
United chairman Ken Bates is expecting evolution not revolution under the stewardship of Neil Warnock.
The new boss has already stated he is looking to strengthen his squad with the addition of "two or three new faces" while looking to move some players on at the same time in a bid to fine tune rather than make wholesale changes.
"We have such a large squad and from a human side it's impossible to know everyone and keep them happy," the chairman told Yorkshire Radio.
"Neil has spoken with them, and they are responding, and as an example we had a reserve game on Tuesday and 10 of the first team players stayed on to watch the game.
"He thinks the team needs to be juggled and adjusted rather than all-out revolution."
