Leeds United manager Simon Grayson has confirmed interest from LA Galaxy in defender Alex Bruce.
Alex, who joined from Ipswich Town in the summer of 2010 and made 25 appearances during our first season back in the Championship, had a loan spell with Huddersfield at the end of last year, but was recalled ahead of our New Year's Eve trip to Barnsley.
The 27-year-old has made just one start for United this season and the American club could be set to offer him an opportunity in the MSL.
"They've enquired about the situation, but I don't know at this stage if anything will happen," said the United boss. "We'll see what happens with that one."
The boss has already issued a stiff rebuke to suggestions of offers and interest in his first team regulars, but he has admitted he is open to allowing some of his fringe players to move out of the offer is right.
"We've had one or two enquires, but nothing concrete at this moment in time," he added.
"Sometimes players don't always want the opportunities that maybe there, but things will change after the weekend when people think 'I need x, y, or z'.
"We're open to one or two going out."
