Striker's Leeds career comes to an end...
Leeds United have terminated the contract of American striker Mike Grella by mutual consent.
The 24-year-old joined Brentford on an emergency loan last Friday and, having played two games for the League One club, he is now free to move on a permanent basis.
Since joining Leeds in January 2009, Mike made 42 appearances, 33 of which came from the substitutes bench. He scored five goals for the club, including two in our 5-2 FA Cup second round win against Kettering Town in 2009 which secured us a third round tie at Old Trafford.
Mike made just two appearances last season and had loan spells with Carlisle and Swindon.
