United star on scoresheet...
United winger Robert Snodgrass was celebrating his first international goal on Wednesday evening.
The Glaswegian, making his third appearance for Scotland, scored his first goal on the international stage just two minutes before half-time when he headed home a Kenny Miller cross to score what proved to be his country's winning goal against Denmark.
Moments earlier, his involvement in the game had looked a concern when he had to leave the field to receive treatment after being kicked in the head.
But he swiftly returned to make a great run into the box to meet Miller's cross with a fine header on his first Scotland start.
Snoddy's goal gave Scotland a 2-1 lead at the break against the Danes. Charlie Adam had put Scotland ahead before an Allan McGregor error allowed Denmark back into the game.
The visitors had the better of a second half which saw the United man collect a booking before he was withdrawn from the action during the dying moments with his side home and dry.
