United goalkeeper set for international stage...
United goalkeeper Kasper Schmeichel is set to tread the international stage for the first time.
The 24-year-old has been named in the Denmark squad for the forthcoming friendly against Iceland in Reykjavik on Saturday June 4.
Kasper, who made 40 appearances for United last season following his move from Notts County, has featured for Denmark at under-19, under-20, and under-21 level, but this is his first time with the senior squad.
Kasper joins Davide Somma and Ross McCormack in being called up for international duty while out of contract midfielder Neil Kilkenny is also away with Australia.
The Dane will link up with his international team-mates early next week.
