Simon Grayson and Malky Mackay

Manager Simon Grayson spoke of a feeling of frustration after seeing his side held to a 2-2 draw at home by Watford on Saturday.

For the second game in succession, United let a 1-0 lead slip and it took an 88th minute own goal from Troy Deeney to secure Leeds a point to keep Grayson's men in a Play-Off position.

"It's a feeling of frustration and 30,000 people probably felt the same as me and the players," said the boss.

"We knew what sort of team they are, how they are organised, and it was no surprise how they played. We said it might be late on and we would have to grind out a result. We had to keep our concentration.

"We got the goal, then we let them score within five minutes. It's poor individual mistakes again. I keep saying this…you put a team out to get a result and players have to take responsibility and show a siege mentality, but before you know it we're 2-1 down again.

"Okay, we got an equaliser and we should have had a penalty for a handball when Snodgrass put one in the box, but it's a feeling of frustration. You have to accept it and move on.

"Sometimes they have to takes responsibility themselves. We can't keep scoring three goals to win games. They are experienced players, and they have to communicate. Making decisions is part and parcel of being a footballer."
