United boss weighs up his squad...
United boss Simon Grayson is considering his options ahead of Saturday's clash with Swansea City.
Grayson is without midfielder Bradley Johnson, who was sent off for two yellow cards in the midweek draw with Barnsley, and is weighing up his squad in readiness for the trip to South Wales.
The boss admits he is considering whether now is the time to move into the loan market: "I've spoken to a couple of managers and we'll see what happens.
"It might be that something happens before the weekend, it might be that something happens next week. I'm looking at all our options.
"If I don't do anything before the Swansea game, I have players who are more than capable of coming into the side."
Davide Somma is one player pushing hard for a start. The South African netted again last weekend after stepping off the bench, and averages a goal every 92 minutes played for the club. He has netted 12 in 23 appearances, five of which have come since Christmas.
Sanchez Watt also returned from injury to re-join the squad in midweek for the game against Barnsley while Ross McCormack, Billy Paynter, and Lloyd Sam all offer additional an attacking threat.
Defender Paul Connolly is still sidelined with a hamstring injury, and remains the only senior injury concern.
