Sanchez Watt

Another memorable week for Sanchez Watt will come to an end at Portsmouth on Saturday - when the youngster hopes to sign it off with three points.

Sanchez, who is on a season long loan from Arsenal, scored his first Leeds goal in the win against Scunthorpe last weekend and then played against parent club in the FA Cup on Wednesday.

The youngster had spoken of his desire to play against Arsenal for the second time in the space of 10 days yet, while speaking of his pride from the midweek performance, he admits the focus is now on three league points at Portsmouth on Saturday.

"We worked hard against Arsenal in midweek even though we went 2-0 down," said Sanchez.

"It was a great strike from Bradley, the crowd got right behind us, and we gave them a very good game.

"They made a few mistakes and if we could have punished them we might have had more of a chance.

"We're proud of ourselves, but obviously we wanted a better scoreline.

"We're focusing on a big game on Saturday now when hopefully we can get three points."
