Leeds United's clash with Watford at Vicarage Road at the week-end would probably not rank among the best footballing games of the season so far but a battling display was sufficient to earn two United players a place in this week's Championship team of the week.

Skipper Richard Naylor fired United into a sixth minute lead and then turned in a sterling defensive display at the heart of the defence to help preserve the lead and keep a clean sheet for the first time this season in Championship matches this term.

His efforts got him into the team of the week and United's other representative in the side was goalkeeper Kasper Schmeichel, who also had an impressive game.
