Glynn Snodin looks forward to Orient trip...
First team coach Glynn Snodin is fully focused on the twists and turns that lie ahead as Leeds United look to secure promotion from League One over the next 18 games.
Tuesday's penalty shoot-out defeat at Carlisle in the Johnstone's Paint Trophy saw the club eliminated from the final knock-out competition of the campaign.
And full attention now turns back to the promotion campaign.
"There's no distractions now," said Snodin. "We all know what we've got to do, and we are fully focused on what we need to do.
"There will be twists and turns. There's games that you think are winnable and there's some tough games, but that's the same for Norwich, Charlton, Colchester, and Swindon.
"We've got a lot of games coming up over the next month, that's why its nice to have the squad that we have here. We've got to be on our game every Saturday and every Tuesday.
"I've no qualms about what the lads have done so far. We'd have taken this posiotion at the beginning of the season. We've set great standards, everyone works hard, and hopefully we can kick on again now."
United head for Leyton Orient on Saturday to face a side who are unbeaten in five games and have taken 11 points from a possible 15.
"We saw them at Charlton recently and they look a good side," said Snodin.
"They had a good win against Bristol Rovers and when they play they can play. They have some good players
"Hopefully we can shine through. The lads have a fire in their belly and every single one of them wants to do well."
United could have Jermaine Beckford back in the ranks for Saturday's game.
