Gary McSheffrey in action against Colchester

Leeds United manager Simon Grayson will welcome his trio of January recruits back to the fold for Saturday's trip to Hartlepool.

Max Gradel, Gary McSheffrey, and Shane Lowry are all available for selection after missing out on Wednesday's FA Cup fourth round replay against Tottenham Hotspur.

Midfielder Neil Kilkenny could also return to the squad, following an ankle injury, but central defender Paddy Kisnorbo remains a doubt.

"We'll leave it until Saturday and see where we are," said the manager.

"The turnaround time from Wednesday has been quick and the players only had a light session on Thursday.

"Whatever team we decide to go with, we will be confident we can get a result."

The manager doesn't foresee any problems with his players returning to league action after the FA Cup drama of midweek against Tottenham.

"This is our bread and butter," he said. "This is why we are here and this is the most important game of the week.

"It'll be another full-house, Hartlepool will be looking to raise their game, but we are looking for another result to keep moving."
