Both Simon Grayson and Jermaine Beckford are in the running for December's Coca-Cola awards.

The boss is again nominated for the Coca-Cola League One manager of the month award, although despite being short-listed on four seperate occasions so far this season he has yet to lay claim to the award.

United played six league games during the month of December, winning four and drawing two, and Leeds ended the month eight points clear at the top of League One.

United also beat Kettering in the FA Cup and progressed through to the Area Final of the Johnstone's Paint Trophy.

Striker Becks, who has already won the PFA fans Player of the Month for December, is again nominated for the Coca-Cola Player of the Month.

Becks is up against Norwich City's Wes Hoolahan, Southampton's Rickie Lambert, and Charlton's Deon Burton.
